About Appalot

About us

We are a small consultancy agency based in Amsterdam.

Specialised in helping you leverage no-code platforms.

New technology.

We believe the success of your organisation is for a large part determined by your ability to adopt new technology.

No-code.

If everyone in your organisation would be able to create digital solutions, what would that mean for your innovation power and your adaptability?

Foster innovation whith manageable risks.

With a no-code Centre of enablement.

Our Team

The partners

Chiraz Troudi

Chiraz has a thorough understanding of digital transformation processes, having managed many of them in enterprise environments. That's why she immediately grasped the potential of no-code for large organisations. When the first platforms started to reach a level of enterprise-level maturity, she founded Appalot. Because she experienced first hand that the gap between having technology available, and making technology work is often a big one.

Her free time is filled with her daughter, husband and many dinners with as many friends as possible.

Jaap Gerretsen

Service designer and consultant. At Appalot Jaap's responsible for the development of our no-code adoption programs.

With over 20 years of experience in the digital domain, Jaap has designed software, serious games, products and services. For multinationals, start-ups and anything in-between. He has been in charge of design agencies and development teams, but still enjoys hands-on consultancy and design challenges.

As father of 2 sons he divides his free time between his family, his dog and a (some would say fanatic) practitioning of combat sports.

Some of our apps were built in weeks, and save up to 500K a year.
